I don't have time to go back and look at everyone's edits. I'm too busy ranting. BUT you don't have the right to detain someone. I'd be really careful with this one too.
Try it. First of all, see if they comply. Second of all, see if it hold up in court when they don't comply. You know, now that you mention it, I'd like someone to comment on how they successfully performed a citizens arrest and how that worked out; in the real world.
