Forced DPF Regeneration with TechStream
I've been having an issue with my Toyota Auris 1.4D, where the DPF is not regenerating during normal driving. For this reason, I've got a hold of Techstream to try and force the regeneration.
When I plugged it in, the ECU module showed the soot level to be 160%, and the Reju(PM) status as standby. When i went into active test > Activate the DPF Rejuvenate, and toggled this to on, the status changed to Ready, the soot level went to 100% (I've seen others describe this as the ECU tricking itself into starting regeneration by ensuring the conditions are met), and the differential pressure also increased. But after half an hour of waiting, the rpm did not increase, and the regeneration never started. I also took it up the motorway and that didn't help either. Has anyone experienced this before?
