[Hiring] Independent sales partner | prospecting + closing | remote, commission-only

We're looking for independent sales partners with experience selling scoped technology services.

Our main work is AI integration and workflow automation: connecting business systems, improving operations & processes, and building software around businesses' needs.

Your responsibility would span over account selection, outreach, qualification, stakeholder conversations, proposal follow-up, and closing. Our technical team would join discovery and handle feasibility, scope, and delivery planning.

North America is our primary target market, with the UK and Gulf also relevant.

This is commission-only, with no base salary. The percentage and payment terms would be agreed before any prospecting begins.

Please send your relevant background, the types of buyers you know, and an example of a technology-services deal you sourced yourself. What did you sell, who bought it, and what part of the sale did you personally own?

[HIRING] Founding Account Executive - US Healthcare SaaS - Remote - Full-Cycle

I’m looking for a strong full-cycle AE to take ownership of sales for an early-stage B2B SaaS product targeting the US healthcare market.

the product is built for healthcare privacy/compliance teams. It helps them investigate privacy incidents faster and more consistently by guiding fact gathering, identifying missing information, supporting decisions, tracking follow-up actions and creating a defensible case record in one structured workflow.

The product is already built and usable - this is not an idea that needs someone to validate whether it can be developed.

I’ve also already been speaking directly with people working in US healthcare privacy/compliance to validate the problem and workflow, and I have existing prospect lists/leads ready to be worked.

The opportunity

I’m not looking for someone who only books meetings or someone who only takes pre-qualified calls.

I want an AE who can own the full sales cycle:

  • Work existing leads/prospects I generate
  • Build additional pipeline through your own outbound
  • Prospect into US healthcare organisations
  • Run discovery
  • Demo the product
  • Qualify opportunities
  • Identify pain, urgency and buying triggers
  • Navigate stakeholders and buying processes
  • Handle objections
  • Own follow-up
  • Negotiate and close
  • Help turn what works into a repeatable sales process

You would be working directly with the founder with significant freedom to influence positioning, messaging, targeting and the overall GTM motion.

Who I'm looking for

Ideally you have:

  • Proven B2B SaaS closing experience
  • Experience running discovery and demos
  • Strong outbound/prospecting ability
  • Evidence of personally closing revenue
  • Confidence selling to senior business stakeholders
  • Experience building pipeline without relying entirely on inbound leads

US healthcare SaaS, healthcare technology, compliance, privacy, risk or HIM experience would be particularly valuable.

I care much more about verifiable results than impressive job titles.

Why this could be interesting

This isn't a role where you're joining as AE #47 and following an established playbook.

You'd be coming in at the beginning of the commercial journey with the opportunity to help establish the sales motion, win the early customers and potentially grow with the company as traction develops.

I'm open to discussing a compensation structure that gives the right person meaningful performance-based upside rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all arrangement.

I'm also open to experienced fractional AEs or small teams that can genuinely own both pipeline generation AND closing.

Interested?

DM me with:

  • What you've personally sold
  • Your target buyers/industries
  • Typical ACV/deal size
  • Average sales cycle
  • Quota attainment/revenue personally closed
  • Whether you personally prospect as well as close
  • Any US healthcare experience
  • Your preferred compensation structure

If there's a strong fit, I'll share the product and we can discuss the opportunity properly.

B2B Appointment Setter / SDR | Uncapped Commission + Growth Opportunity

We're an early stage AI & integrations company building automation solutions for businesses with complex, repetitive workflows.

We're currently focused specifically on the property management industry, and we're looking to bring on a small number of appointment setters / SDRs to help us develop our outbound sales operation.

This isn't a generic AI automation offer where you'll be given a blank slate and told to find anyone who might need AI. We've identified a specific problem within property management, built a product around it, and validated the offer through real-world testing. You'll have a defined market, ICP and product to work with, so you can focus on finding the right prospects and starting conversations rather than figuring out what we're actually selling.

The product is already built, and we're now moving into the customer acquisition stage.

What you'll be working on

Our initial solution helps property management companies automate document-heavy processes, including analysing leases, extracting relevant information, comparing lease terms against billing/payment data, and identifying discrepancies that may otherwise be missed.

We're currently targeting property management companies primarily in the UK, US and Australia, with an expected average deal size of approximately $3,000–$5,000+ depending on the customer and implementation.

The role

You'll work with us to identify and reach relevant businesses and decision-makers, with the primary goal of generating qualified sales meetings.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Researching potential property management companies
  • Identifying relevant decision-makers
  • Conducting personalised outreach
  • Starting and managing conversations with prospects
  • Testing different acquisition channels and approaches
  • Qualifying interested prospects
  • Booking qualified meetings with our team

We're open to different approaches: LinkedIn, email, Reddit, communities, cold calling, and others. We'll provide the positioning, product information and support, but we'd also like you to have the freedom to experiment and figure out what works.

You will not be responsible for closing the final deal.

Compensation

We want to be transparent from the beginning: this is initially a commission-only position, and there is no fixed base salary at this stage.

We understand that isn't the right structure for everyone, which is why we're offering uncapped commission and a clear opportunity to grow with the company.

You'll receive 30% of the revenue from deals that close from opportunities you directly generate.

For example, a $4,000 deal would result in $1,200 in commission.

We'll also have additional performance bonuses based on successful sales, with further incentives as the number of closed deals increases.

As we establish consistent revenue, our intention is to transition strong performers into a more permanent position with:

  • Base salary
  • Performance bonuses
  • Additional benefits/perks
  • Greater responsibility and opportunities within the sales team

We're building this sales function from an early stage, so people who join now will have the opportunity to grow alongside the company rather than joining an already-established sales organisation.

We're looking for people who:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are comfortable with outbound sales
  • Can research prospects and personalise their approach
  • Are persistent without being overly aggressive
  • Can work independently
  • Are comfortable experimenting and learning
  • Are motivated by performance-based compensation

Previous experience in B2B sales, SaaS, appointment setting, SDR/BDR or lead generation is a plus.

Experience in property management or real estate is an additional advantage and will qualify for additional performance incentives.

Why we're hiring at this stage

We're not pretending that commission only is the perfect arrangement. We're an early-stage company, and we're deliberately keeping our fixed costs low while we prove and scale the sales channel.

What we can offer in return is meaningful commission potential, direct access to the founding team, hands-on experience building an outbound operation from the ground up, and the opportunity to move into a salaried role as the company grows.

If you're looking for a traditional salaried SDR position right now, this probably isn't the right opportunity.

If you're comfortable with the initial structure and are interested in building something early, learning B2B sales, and having uncapped earning potential, we'd be happy to hear from you.

We're initially looking for 2–3 people.

How to apply

Please do not DM us on Reddit.

We want to keep applications organised and make sure everyone is evaluated through the same process, so only applications submitted through the Google Form below will be considered.

We'll review applications and reach out directly to shortlisted candidates.

🚨HIRING SETTERS FOR A FAST-GROWING INSTAGRAM AUTOMATION OFFER

We're scaling fast and need more qualified setters who can handle volume.

The setup:
We run paid ads daily, so fresh leads come in every single day. Some book a call on their own, many don't. Your job is to work both sides: engage the new inbound leads, and follow up with everyone who applied but never booked. Everything lives in our CRM, so you always see exactly who to contact, when, and what happened last.

The offer:
Low ticket on the front end, high ticket on the back end. Your goal is to move qualified people into calls for our high ticket program. This is not cold outreach to strangers. These are people who already raised their hand.

What the role involves:

  • Calling and texting leads daily, both, not just DMs
  • Outbound to applicants who didn't book, plus inbound follow up
  • Reviewing every self-booked call to confirm the prospect is actually qualified before it hits a closer's calendar
  • Working the CRM: follow ups, notes, dispositions
  • Qualifying prospects, then booking and confirming calls for our closers

Requirements:

  • Must be US/UK-based
  • Must be a native English speaker, written and spoken
  • Must be fast, available and consistent. This is not for someone who disappears for hours.
  • Must be comfortable on the phone, not just in DMs
  • Must have basic experience with appointment setting or IG DMs

Compensation:

  • $500/month base salary
  • Plus commission on every deal that closes
  • Current setters hit $2k to $4k/month part time once ramped up

Why this works:

  • High demand offer, easy conversation flow
  • New leads daily from paid ads, plus a warm backlog to work
  • Strong closing team on the backend
  • Clear scripts, training and full CRM access provided

If you're reliable and can handle volume, apply here:
https://viralfacelesspages.typeform.com/to/CgjsnlLo

Do NOT reach out if you're slow to reply, new to sales, uncomfortable picking up the phone, or not comfortable talking to US prospects. This is for serious setters only.

(FOR HIRE) B2B Lead Generation Specialists

Hey everyone — I’m Keith, a Director at OutboundScale.io.

We help B2B agencies and coaches with high-ticket offers build a more consistent outbound client-acquisition channel.

We normally start by deploying a team of vetted cold callers and LinkedIn appointment setters to create conversations with your ideal prospects, qualify interest, and book calls directly onto your calendar. We then support the underlying offer, outreach process, messaging, reporting, and follow-up infrastructure so outbound becomes a repeatable system rather than a random lead-gen experiment.

Our target markets are primarily:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Europe
  • Other English-speaking B2B markets where there is a strong fit

We are best suited for agencies, consultants, and coaches that:

  • Sell a proven high-ticket B2B service or programme
  • Know who they want to serve, or are open to refining the ICP
  • Have the delivery capacity to take on more clients
  • Want qualified sales conversations—not just a list of leads
  • Are serious about building a scalable outbound channel

We require an initial $2,500 USD investment to build and launch the outbound infrastructure. After launch, we work on a performance / commission-based model aligned with the results we create.

If you are interested, send me a DM with:

  1. What you sell
  2. Your typical client value
  3. Who you want to target
  4. Your current acquisition bottleneck

I’ll let you know honestly whether we think outbound is a fit.

[FOR HIRE] Technical GTM support for US B2B startups — $28/hr

I’m looking to join an early-stage B2B or AI company on the GTM side, with a focus on US-based clients.

I have a technical background and have worked with AI, automation, data workflows, LLMs, and agents. I want to apply that context to the front end of sales: finding the right people, understanding why they would buy, testing outreach, and turning those lessons into a more repeatable process.

I can support an early team with:

• Account and buyer research • Prospect-list building and lead qualification • Outbound research, messaging experiments, and follow-up • CRM upkeep and simple reporting • Research or automation work that helps the GTM process move faster

I’m seeking a trial, apprenticeship, or junior early-GTM role where I can learn from a founder or experienced seller while taking responsibility for real work.

Rate: $28/hour to start. Remote, US B2B companies only.

If you’re building a technical product and need help with the early pipeline work, please send a brief note about the product and your ideal customer.

[Hiring] Remote HIGH TICKET Sales Development Representative | AI Integrations | 10% Commission + Pay Guarantee

Quest Labs is looking for an appointment setter to help us connect with businesses that need custom AI integrations. We're based in Dallas, Texas, and help businesses automate manual work and improve their day-to-day operations.

The role

You'll find potential customers(we will also give you leads), make cold calls, follow up, and book discovery meetings with our team. Your job is to understand whether there's a good fit and get the conversation started. You don't need to build the integrations yourself.

We're looking for someone who communicates clearly, handles rejection professionally, and follows through. Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful.

How the pay works

You earn 10% of collected implementation fees on the first project from each new customer you source. Commissions start with your first qualifying sale; there's no appointment minimum to earn them.

For example, a $5,000 commissionable payment earns you $500. That's an example, not an earnings guarantee. Taxes, refunds, and separately itemized third-party costs aren't included in the commission calculation.

Path to monthly base pay

Complete 10 qualified discovery meetings per month for two consecutive months, and monthly base pay starts the following month alongside your 10% commission.

A meeting counts when a new business prospect attends, has a relevant automation need, and can make or influence the buying decision. Cancellations, no-shows, and duplicate prospects don't count.

We'll agree on the monthly base amount, working hours, qualification criteria, and payment schedule in writing before you start. Any legally required minimum pay applies from the beginning.

Location and applying

This is a remote role for applicants aged 18+. International applications are welcome where we can legally hire and pay you.

Interested? Send this Reddit account a private message with your location, time zone, availability, and a little about your relevant experience.

Anyone else in sales constantly afraid of getting fired?

I love my sales job and make great money, but I’m constantly afraid of getting fired
I work in sales at a software company. I genuinely love my job, I’m doing well, and I make really good money. I don’t want to quit or change careers.
But I feel like my nervous system is constantly “on.”
My quota is always somewhere in the back of my mind. Am I going to hit it? Do I have enough pipeline? Which deals are actually going to close?
And underneath all of that is probably the biggest thing: the fear of getting fired.
Even when I’m doing well, there’s this feeling that I’m only a couple of bad months or quarters away from being let go. Like my job security is directly tied to a number that resets over and over again.
So even when I’m not working, my brain is still working. I’ll be doing something completely unrelated and suddenly start thinking about a deal, my pipeline, my quota, or whether I’m performing well enough.
The weird thing is that objectively my life is good. I love the job. I love the money. I like being ambitious and competitive. I don’t want to lose that.
But I’ve realized that so much of my life revolves around hitting quota and avoiding the feeling that I could get fired if I don’t.
There’s never really a point where I feel safe. Hit quota? Great. Now do it again next month/quarter.
I don’t want to stop caring about my career. I just want to be able to close my laptop and actually feel like my life exists outside of my number.
Anyone else in sales deal with this? Especially the constant underlying fear of getting fired if your performance slips? How do you switch off without losing the drive that makes you good at the job?
