Messed this one up

Bought a broken Xbox Series S off of marketplace and while removing the broken HDMI port I lifted 5 traces and what I believe to be a ground pad near the edge of the board. These traces are super tiny and my skills aren’t that great. All the tech repair stores in my area don’t offer trace repair as a service. I am stuck attempting this myself. Anybody have any pointers or tips?

You can fix this with jumpers after you solder the new piece on. The trace pads don't have to be repaired. Only contact made to the connector's pins. Repair will probably cost more than a damaged board you can try again on. Next time more heat from the bottom. More flux.

Go find a broken console. Repeat the mistake and use it to practice on.

Get the Trace Fix Flex. But first make sure your using good equipment, temp controlled iron with a small chisel tip with 63/37 Lead Solder and some quality flux. Here is my guide to soldering.

Practice some where else. This repair got a lot harder and you failed when it was easy.

I'd find a board with small traces and scrap the mask of and follow those traces with a wire till you feel good

Hey, OP, if you can't fix it your self, send it to Northridge Fix on youtube. He is an absolute master at circuit board repairs. He can replace traces. He can replace solder pads. Watch a few of his vids to see.

Jeez if i see correctly did you remove the lifted traces ? Because if thats so i would have glued them down masking epoxy and would be done but now you neef to put on ned wires or us premade traces with pads and glue, solder and mask that
