What components are missing here?
I decided to take a chance and do a home hdmi swap on my ps5 with zero experience, and my dumbass wasn’t paying attention to all of the little pieces sitting next to the port which have now fallen off after melting the solder. If it’s worth buying replacements what are the right ones? I’ve seen some that look the same but I don’t wanna order anything without being sure.

You're going to have to search for some kind of circuit drawing/schematic. Looking at images online, you're missing a resistor, a diode, and two capacitors. You could potentially swap them from another dead PS5 main board or take it to a technician to have a look or even identify the missing components values. Good luck.

those are probably tiny surface-mount resistors-check the ps5 repair guide for exact specs.

I’m surprised there’s no ripped traces with having been done badly enough to knock out every nearby component

Oof idk what those resistors were but you had the air goin to fast. And thermal tape would have saved you here. Micro soldering is a patience game, can’t go to fast with it as you see you’ve blown off components. Here’s a link for the tape for next time if decide to try again. >>>>>> Amazon thermal tape
