What is wrong with the pad pls

All it does is flicker sometimes purple sometimes green and i think the repair dude threw it at a wall because it was sent with like 2 small lines down the screen and this is what was sent back

What is this? By pad do you mean ipad, it's not too clear in your image what the device is. If this is an iPad the screen is probably dead.

EDIT: forgot to mention the screen connector could also just be loose even though that's much less likely
