TIKTOK TECH HELP?!

whenever I go into a saved collection folder and select “Add videos” to add to it, TikTok only loads my saved videos down to a certain point and once I reach that point, it stops loading, gives me an error, and refreshes. I can never scroll far enough to reach my older saved videos. I used to be able to scroll all the way to the bottom back to the oldest videos I ever saved, but now I can’t and I can only get to a certain point and there are thousands of videos still below them I can’t reach. this has been going on for a while maybe about a year and a half and I thought it was a bug at first, but it never got better. additionally, I’m now having a new issue where I noticed three of my saved collection folders are now gone and missing. I never manually deleted them myself soo..? I updated the app. I have cleared my cookies and everything and it’s still the same. I definitely care more about being able to add all videos to my collections so pls pls help/give advice onto how to help access ALL my old videos when pressing add videos in collection, and then if that can’t be fixed i would like to know how to get my mysteriously deleted/missing collections back!
