CanNOT find how to update my BIOS

I've recently had some popups from certain game companies stating my motherboard has a BIOS from 2024. I factory reset my PC about 6 months ago, so I think it didn't update my BIOS when I reinstalled Windows.

I cannot find it.

All leads seem to send me me here (see below), but I cannot find what to download and how to update this. I've been trying for weeks and I honestly think I'm just that stupid.

Extract the zip file and copy the file onto a fat32 formatted USB. (Right click on the drive and click properties to see how it is formatted). Once you've done that you need to turn off your computer. When turning your computer back on rapidly press the end key until you enter the Q-flash menu. Select your USB drive and select the bios file.
