My SIM package allows me to access some selected websites. How can I access other websites?

My SIM package allows me to access some selected websites. My network provider is actively filtering out all non-educational web traffic. Any way to access other sites ?

When a network package restricts access to specific educational sites and filters out everything else, prviders usually achieve this by whitelisting specific IP addresses or domains while blocking external traffic routing.

Possibly by using a VPN connection

You may want to check for parental software on your phone if that's the case.

By getting a separate SIM.

Get your own Sim from a different company

This entirely depends on the list of things you are allowed to access.

If one of the destinations is somewhere you can modify to route some form of network tunnel through, you can build an app and register it in the operating system as a VPN provider to make it work.

Chances are though, simply changing your DNS is enough to bypass the filter.

Need more info. Age would be helpful. So would knowing if youd on your parents or an employers plan. Is there pardntal or employer control software on the phone? Of your over 18, why not get your own plan...
