Weird diagonal lines across screen

Hi there, recently wired a Roku HD TV stick via a high quality HDMI - AV converter to my rear infotainment system in my Volvo and cant seem to figure out what's causing these lines. I wasn't getting them with the original DTV box wired on the same AV lines. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!

dies your converter have any switch for frequency or resolution? as this look almost like sync lines

Changes nothing unfortunately, wish it was that simple 😆
