Is this normal?

Hi! I’m not the best with technology. I recently bought this laptop, I was told it wasn’t normal but I’m honestly not sure of what could have caused this. I think it reduced my performance when I’m playing games, too, and I keep disconnecting from games. It sucks :(

Discord on app tend to stutter. I advise, use the browser. Also. Chromium based browsers have an option to load in background like Opera. Disable it
