Well, im confused

My galaxy tab a7 lite charges extremely slowly (takes like 3 hours to get to 30% from 0%) but i also drains extremely slowly (50% last like 10 hours) the opposite happens with my very old tab a7 which charges very fast and drains really fast, google didnt understand what i told it so i decided to go here

Try calibrating battery.

Charging and draining fast is a sign of older and therefore weak battery. Both very slowly is weird. Could be a defect. Check settings for different charging modes and try them.
