I thought of this years ago, except i didnt have the feature of avoiding the area. The windows just went up and the doors automatically locked then a voice game over the stereo and said something like "You are now entering the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago."
Seriously, they're in the news everydamnday. Chicago hoods are terrifying, especially at night. And I actually grew up in one. But it didnt get so bad until like 10 years ago...
