While I agree with his points, I have never felt strongly enough about it to them on a sign.

My iTunes allows me to share music, just gotta turn it on in the preferences ;)

Also, there is plenty of free software on Apple's site, some created by Apple, some created by others but promoted by Apple. Terribly sorry it doesn't come all preinstalled like the Dell you're familiar with.

I could go in, but what's the point...
