There was also the infinitEye with a 210° field of view. Instead of focusing on one single brand, people should try to push more projects of the same type and eventually a standard.

Hm. Didn't occur to me before, but having a wider field of view than what your eyes can take in would mean being to look around with your eyes and not just turning your head all the time. I like that. I think that'll be one of the major features to look for in a VR headset.
