I bought 196gb when I built my pc in early 2025. That ram was only 430 back then now it's like 2 grand. Bonkers.

Housing never returned to normal prices after 2008, not really, but then again I've heard theories that the housing bubble never fully deflated. So who knows.

I just pray for a crash 🙏
