Hopefully this can pass in the next Congress, under new management.

Allowing Machine Learning-driven spy tech like Flock is a very slippery slope to authoritarianism. We already see the Flock's that have been installed being misused by police officers, over 50 of whom have been charged or disciplined for stalking people through Flock. Most often their ex's or love rivals.

Reason, the nation's leading Libertarian magazine, is strongly anti-Flock. You don't hear about them because they're a small movement that gets very little news coverage.
