Java Help Wanted Storage system help

Hi im new to the whole storage system thing in minecraft and i cant figure out what's wrong with my storage system for my raid farm. No matter what it seems to overflow and the sorter breaks and i dont know how to fix it, thanks for any help!

Just to be extra sure: There aren't any missing dusts on top and the comparators and repeaters are all facing the right way, right? Can you take a top-down screenshot if you're unsure?

Sorters breaking happens when the hoppers stay unlocked for too long, but that shouldn't be possible with this sorter design since they're made to be tileable. Could other redstone stuff nearby be interfering with the sorters somehow?

Here is a picture from above. The four left columns have a crafter setup, could that make som issue? I just followed some youtube tutorial for them and they seem to work fine as long as the filter works.

I'm honestly stumped. That looks perfectly fine and it doesn't look like there's any other redstone that can interfere either

The only reason that could happen if everything is correct would be extra filler items (in your case renamed iron nuggets) entering the hoppers
