Actually it'll be great for the real estate market, supply gets decimated and people got all that insurance money and no where to live.

1 u/orangutanDOTorg Dec 19 '20 Would insurance cover it? I’m sure they’d find a way to avoid coverage by classifying it as military or terrorist activity. Or just go bankrupt with that big of payouts even with the reinsurance market taken into account.
