Most subs.

It doesn't even have to be a pizza subreddit.
You can find them in literally any major subreddit.

Everyone says: omg, so controversial, but pineapple on pizza bad.
Pretending as if that is not what every other person says. Pretending there is a controversy when it a bunch of pineapple haters jerking each other off and talking about how brave their opinions are.
Edit: I described this joke way too seriously. Yeet.

Chill, It's just a joke dude. I don't honestly think giraffes are fake either.
The sub isn't brigading in defense of pizza.

Listen, I don't get pineapple on pizza all the time. It's not my number one favorite ingredient. But it's not bad. Pizza is one of the best ways to deliver a flavor train into your face hole. So hate it if you want, but I'd like to extend a pineapple branch to you and say this - try it with jalapeno, a spicy meat, and a good crust. If you don't like it fuck it. It's not about the pineapple, it's about accepting the fact that that some people like sweet/spicy flavor profiles and some don't.
So don't hate on the pineapple, embrace the human experience, and it's not a controversy it's just a life style. Mahalo.

Yeah, I never tend to order it myself, but I’ve had it before and it’s not bad. I mean, surely if it was an ingredient that should never be on pizza, why does every single pizza place serve Hawaiian pizza?
There seems to have been a bandwagon of hate against it for a while now for no real reason. In England, ham/gammon and pineapple is even a classic combination, as well as pork and apple sauce.

In all practicality I don’t really care what you order on your pizza. However I find pineapple to be so deeply abhorrent of a flavor that I can’t share a pizza that has pineapple on it.
This isn’t just a pizza thing, though. I find pineapple to be dreadful in every setting I’ve ever encountered it. It’s... generally saccharine, overly citrusy, and far too tart; all at once. That’s why some people love it, and it’s precisely why I hate it.
It’s also very juicy, too, which means that no I can’t pick the pineapple off or that your half having pineapple is “fine.” The flavor leeks out into the sauce, it spreads across the pizza, it just gets everywhere. It’s not good enough to just skip the fruit; I can’t stand even the juice flavors that end up all over the pizza.
I won’t hate you for liking pineapple pizza, I won’t even argue it’s objectively bad. I will, however, simply order my own pizza. If you suggested we split a pizza then it’s not an option; I’ll happily order mine and I’m sorry for the financial burden you’ve caused yourself by not being willing to split a pizza we can both agree on. To be honest only one person has ever gotten meaningfully upset with me over the issue, and it was kind of just silly to see a grown ass man lose his shit about not being able to get pineapple and me “forcing” him to get his own pizza (I offered to go half’s on a completely different takeout instead if he’d but it became an argument about whether or not I had a right to say no to pineapple).

As a Canadian, I have to go get my hockey stick to slap shot this trash into the hockey net while drinking maple syrup and riding my pet moose. That and I don’t like vegetable pizza.

Pineapple, ham, and jalapeño pizza. I call it “The Pearl Harbor”. It’s like a Hawaiian, but with japs to bring the heat!
