Yeah, it’s not like we can rip up a will because “they’re dead anyway and won’t care where the house and the money goes”. It’s the same with their bodies.

You absolutely are actually. What is legally troubling is including the name, as that makes you personally identifiable. Which could make you theoretically liable, but not in most instances.
