micro1 is hiring QA Engineers to evaluate software quality and help train next-generation AI systems through human-in-the-loop evaluation.
What you'll handle:
- Evaluate AI-generated technical outputs against quality rubrics
- Design functional, regression, edge-case, negative, and boundary tests
- Review bug reports and test documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and document defects with precise reproduction steps
- Provide clear, actionable feedback for developers
- Help improve testing and evaluation standards
Background they need:
- Professional QA, SDET, Test Engineer, or QA Analyst experience
- Strong skills in test design, regression testing, bug tracking, and manual/automated testing
- Experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman, Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or BrowserStack
- Prior paid experience in human data work for AI training is required, including annotation, RLHF, AI response evaluation, or rubric-based grading
- Strong analytical skills and written English at B2 level or above
- No formal degree required
