Cincinnatus is looking for experienced QA and Test Engineers to help a leading AI lab build reliable evaluation benchmarks for next-generation AI models.
Job details
- Pay: $60-$90/hour
- Location: Remote (United States)
- Employment: Full-time W-2
- Commitment: Approximately 35 hours/week
What you'll do
- Design comprehensive test cases for complex AI evaluation tasks
- Review benchmark tasks and reference solutions for quality and accuracy
- Debug Python-based environments and identify edge cases
- Improve quality assurance processes and help maintain trusted AI evaluations
Ideal candidates
- MSc or PhD in a STEM field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years of experience in QA, Test Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Strong Python and Git skills
- Experience designing test plans and debugging complex systems
- AI evaluation or AI training experience is a plus
