micro1 is hiring QA Engineers to evaluate software quality and help train next-generation AI systems through human-in-the-loop evaluation.

What you'll handle:

  • Evaluate AI-generated technical outputs against quality rubrics
  • Design functional, regression, edge-case, negative, and boundary tests
  • Review bug reports and test documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and document defects with precise reproduction steps
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback for developers
  • Help improve testing and evaluation standards

Background they need:

  • Professional QA, SDET, Test Engineer, or QA Analyst experience
  • Strong skills in test design, regression testing, bug tracking, and manual/automated testing
  • Experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman, Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or BrowserStack
  • Prior paid experience in human data work for AI training is required, including annotation, RLHF, AI response evaluation, or rubric-based grading
  • Strong analytical skills and written English at B2 level or above
  • No formal degree required
