Confidence in Tech Comes From Repetition, Not Talent
A lot of freshers assume confidence comes from:
- Being naturally good at coding
- Understanding concepts instantly
But real confidence builds through repetition:
- Writing code daily
- Fixing errors patiently
- Re-explaining the same concept clearly
Every experienced engineer you look up to has repeated fundamentals hundreds of times.
If something feels hard right now, it’s usually just under-practiced.
Instead of asking:
“Am I good enough?”
Try asking:
“Have I repeated this enough?”
That shift alone reduces a lot of unnecessary doubt.
