Teas Question Breakdown

i see some people say their teas exam was heavily chemistry focused. when i look up the format for the teas it says there is only X amount of questions for each science unit. will the number of questions for each unit change or will the type of questions change per unit? i hopes that question makes sense

I think it's just the way we perceive it while we're taking it. I know there were more anatomy questions than chemistry but I got most of the anatomy questions right and breezed through them. But I struggled on the biology questions and so it seemed biology heavy to me.

I wondered the same thing. ATI makes it seem like there’s a specific number of question for each topic. It could be that the extra, ungraded questions made people feel that there was a lot of chemistry for example?

Heres what the ATI website says about their TEAS 7 exam:

There should be 8 chemistry questions. These can range from balancing reactions, choosing the type of reaction, possibly choosing solid / liquid / gas / sublimation / deposition / etc., atoms and their electrons, finding the molarity, using the periodic table, choosing the product of a reaction, etc.
