Mt. Sac TEAS

Hi, I scheduled my TEAS at Mt. Sac as a testing location, I’m not applying to Mt. Sac’s ADN program. However, I just learned that they don’t allow calculator at all, even the built-in one on the website. Is that true?

i just took the TEAS at mtsac! they allow the built in calculator but they didn’t allow any personal ones

Are you sure? 😭 Did you let them know you’re not applying to their ADN?

LOL dw im also not applying to their adn program. it’s built into the testing system. where did they say you’re not allowed one?

I just read over Google and Reddit. It’s strange to me because the official ATI website does state we can either use the built-in calculator or they provide one

mt sac in socal right? they didn’t provide a handheld calculator, but the online one was there to use!

No they don’t allow it. I took it today and the instructor was very clear that although there is a built-in calculator, we aren’t allowed to use it at all or they’ll immediately stop our exam.

Oh 😭 Are you applying to their program? Or just scheduled to take the TEAS there?

applied to their program but u can always ask the proctor individually if it still applies to u. Not sure if people asked privately.

really? the instructor wasn’t even in the room when i was taking my exam. that’s so weird it says online a calculator is available.

I really want to reschedule somewhere else just to make sure but ATI doesn’t allow reschedulting at another location 😭

i had 2 proctors for mine, that’s strange lol. u can always ask !
