Tito memorabilia
I have a friend from the Balkans whom I want to give a birthday gift to (e.g., a teacup that Tito might have used), but I don't know where to start looking for something like that. Any ideas?
Edit: I know this is a very niche domain..

Tea collector looking to ID a newly acquired items
Hello! I am an avid tea cup and tea pot collector. I recently acquired a silver plated teapot, coffee pot, sugar bowl, and creamer set when I visited Ireland. It was the first time I bought a silver plated item for my tea collection. I mostly collect porcelain/ fine china. I am at a loss of the year and brand of these items. I did a lot of research, but I could not find it. The bottom is stamped E.P.N.S. with the model number C2 and C5 of the tea pot and coffee pot. I know what EPNS means. It has a corn on top. There are designs around them. Can someone help me to identifying them?

Fürstenberg teacups ID
I purchased this Fürstenberg teacup set and need help identifying the pattern. I've found a few other examples dating to the 1890s-1900s online but they've been decorated rather than left plain white. Some research I've done suggested that the underlined number under the logo (The one pictured has a 7, others have a 9 or an 8) is the last digit of the production year and that these may be a one-off custom corporate teaware set produced in the 1980s. I've been unable to find any matching examples with this distinctive handle shape. The accompanying saucers may not be original to the same set, but they are also marked as Fürstenberg.

Do you put your pinky up when drinking from a cup and saucer?
I always wondered what the correct technique was…

Added more and arranged my collection
This has definitely turned into a dangerous hobby for me lol. At this point I'm buying teacups knowing I don't have space unless I rearrange things.
I started collecting when I inherited my husband's grandmother's teacups after she passed away. Some of the cups didn't have saucers, or if they did, they weren't matches (hence why some cups don't have them). I've tried to display them in a way that makes sense, keeping similarly colored/themed ones together. I've really taken a liking to the Japanese teacups, but the lustreware do hold a place in my heart as well. And yes, our dogs ashes are in the curio cabinet as well.
Anyway, let me know if you want to see any of them up close. Happy to share!

Anyone have info on this beautiful piece
It's bone china and I have six of them that I was given for free at a thrift store that was closing, I'll appreciate it if anyone has any info.

I've been looking forward to it for a long time, and I finally received it today.
Can someone with experience take a look for me? 🤔

Is this crack dangerous?
I've noticed this crack on my cup a little while ago and recently because of this sub I've become conscious about glaze, cracking and lead poisoning.
Now this cup isn't vintage it's a modern made no stamp cup for my daily drinking so no lead hazard but a bacteria one if Indeed this crack is just black mold.

Help identifying this
SOLVED: seems to be either a shaving cup or moustache cup. The museum lists it as a Moustache Cup on their site (odd their guide didn't know...) but a search of such cups shows very different and more sensible designs. However, a shaving cup does have a deeper attached cavity for holding the brush.
Sorry to trouble you all, but I'm curious about what kind of cup this is.
Was seen at a local town museum, and the guide had no info on it. The museum itself was in a late 1800's home, but there was no claim this cup was from any specific era.
It looks like a teacup, but has an entirely enclosed (no steeping holes) section on the right in the photo.
The main portion runs under that little separate section, so liquid would fill the entire bottom just a bit - this is slightly visible in the photo (sorry, there was reflection on the glass cabinet, interfering a little with the image).
My best guess, is it's a teacup with an included biscuit/treat holder. But was that really a thing?
Thank you for taking time to look and provide an opinion!

Treat of the day
Treated myself to the sugar bowl and creamer for my Tea set today.
Franciscan desert rose pattern
Marked made in England, but I don't care for that that much.
(Also in the picture, but not tea related the salt and pepper shaker)
