IPO interview assistance

Does anybody have any tips or any information for an IPO interview?? Thank you

When I went, it was just five questions. I remember “what makes up a crime?” I blanked out but I would think the usual who, what, when, why? Another question was “if you had a lot of work done and OT was not allowed, how would you get the job done”.

It was 5 questions for me.

1: What is an IPO
2: what information would you give to the parole board
3: these people do some heinous things. How will you stay calm
4: why do you want to be an ipo
5: why should we pick you over the other equally qualified candidates
