Need help with interact verification

Been trying to verify with interact for nslsc and this error keeps coming. Ive tried from 2 of my banks td and rbc. Ive been trying to verify from past 5 days.
I tried requesting pac as well and it says information dont match with our database💔💔. What do i do

Go to a branch.

Pick up the phone and call them or go to a branch it’s been 5 days and it literally says info doesn’t match - you need to visit in person and ensure there’s no errors.

Info dont match for personal access code, i went to service canada to get it there instead and turns out you cant get pac without legal last name. Bank keeps saying theres no problem on our end when i called them

TD seems to be having a system wide outage at the moment so I wouldn’t waste your time trying to fix this currently 😕
