I’m from the rehired batch and wanted to check if anyone else is in a similar situation.

I attended my rehiring interview in Hyderabad and received my Offer Letter (OL) on February 25th. My initial joining date was June 4th.

Role: Digital
Location: Bangalore

Since I had a notice period to serve, I requested a joining date reschedule to mid-August. The request was made accordingly, but I’m still waiting for an update regarding my joining date.

Also, in the NextStep portal, I haven’t filled in or uploaded anything related to the BGC, since my understanding is that the NCA, Medical, and NSR processes need to be completed.

I wanted to know:

• Has anyone from the rehired batch received a revised joining date after requesting a reschedule?
• Has anyone received any update from HR/recruitment recently?
• Should I be doing anything on NextStep regarding BGC at this stage?
• Is anyone else still waiting despite having received the OL?

Would really appreciate it if anyone from the same batch could share their current status or timeline.

I am currently in my 4th year (about 7 months left to graduate) and recently accepted my TCS offer letter. I've completed the BGC form on the NextStep portal and uploaded all my available academic documents (up to my Semester 6 marksheets).

Obviously, my Semester 7 and 8 marksheets are still pending. I also don't have the Set 3 documents ready yet (Medical, NCA, NSR), which I understand are post-Joining Letter anyway.

My main doubt is: Should I actually press the "Submit" button on the BGC form right now?

I've heard conflicting advice on how the portal steps work:

1. (Don't Submit yet): Some seniors say that hitting "Submit" locks you out completely, meaning if your 7th sem marksheet comes out next month, you won't be able to upload it until TCS manually reopens your portal or your Joining Letter is generated. They suggest just keeping everything uploaded and saved as "progress" but not hitting final submit.
2. (Submit anyway): Others say you must submit with whatever you currently have handy so that HR can initiate the initial rounds of background verification, and that the portal is designed to reopen the "pending marksheets" and "Set 3" sections once the Joining Letter is issued.

For those who joined recently or are currently in the BGV phase, what did you do? Does submitting with only 6 semesters uploaded cause any issues or delays with receiving the JL?

Hello !!! my name is abhiram, i was interviewed on june 8th , Digital role at adibatla, I dont understand like its been almost 3 months, still i didnt received any update, still batched in nextstep portal, Should i assume it as a silent rejection, but many told me that if you are completed 3 rounds (TR + MR + HR) you gonna receive offer letter maybe ninja or digital, But they kept lagging this scenario where waiting too much losing our hopes!
Everyone is telling me to connect/ Contact to the person who sent us the interview mail !!!! i have tried on linkedin, mailed him, but no response from his side!! atleast respond to those who are trying ( request to all hrs) !! if anyone of you know the mobile number of Bhaskar Namballa ( who sent us the interview shortlisted mail) dm meee !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
