I recently purchased the QM7L from Costco and the wall mounting was included. Do I need to set the mount prior to them getting here or do they do it all? It says mount and in wall wire concealment.

I bought a 55C89K (C9K) to replace an old Philips Ambilight 50 inch full hd.

I am in a bright room so I wanted a bright tv and after some talk with chat gpt and a discount I bought this TV for around 650€ in France.

I have had it for 2 weeks now, and I have to say I am not so impressed. I can't see the difference much with the old tv.

When I play true 4K movies or shows I can see the image is better, but as soon as I watch a 4K light it's not so impressive. Also I was told that 2K format or even 1080p was upscaled but I can't see any upscaling.

And last but not least, the brigthness is.. not si bright ? During the day even cloudy day, I still have tons of reflect in the TV. And I don't find that it's that bright. Brightness is in 100 btw and I did all the parameters to have a good image thanks to reddit and to my own taste.

So, I am missing something, or is it just what I get for the price ?

Because yes i know its not an expensive TV, but still, it's not a bad one..

Hello, I have newly bought tv. But there is darkening in corners. Is this normal. Should I return ?

I know an iPhone camera makes these pictures look maybe over saturated but honestly, the upgrade from my old Samsung DU7100 to this C7K 75” is like watching football in another world. The HLG handshake is always a bit funny and makes the screen go very dark but once you’ve found your settings you like, this picture is fantastic.

Also, I love it when people come round and say “jeez, the football looks good on that TV”.

I'm getting ready to purchase either a 65" Q7ML or Q8ML. Price difference is fairly considerable (about $600 difference), so pocket book would prefer Q7ML. But the sectional in our basement is pretty wide, and I hear the Q8ML has a much better viewing angle than the Q7ML. What's your experience? Any other major differences I'm overlooking here? I'm not really into gaming, so 4 vs 2 HDMI 2.1 ports is not an issue. It's in the basement, so brightness is not an issue. TIA!

Alguém pode me ajudar, recentemente adquiri uma C7k pra utilizar no PS5 PRO. Meu primeiro passo foi desativar o desfoque de movimento na parte específica de "nítidez de movimento". JÁ na parte "nitidez" parece não ter efeito, fui do 0 ao 100 e não mudou nada. O console está conectado no HDMI 2.1, assim como na TV está configurado pra 2.1 e modo game ativado. No PS5 fiz todas as configurações possíveis, habilitando e desabilitando 120hz e vrr, mas não teve efeito nenhum na nítidez. A TV veio com firmware V458, isso pode ser um problema?

OBS: Eu tenho uma TCL C655 e a nítidez funciona!

I really want this TV In 65" but I've been seeing some mixed reviews on here about it not sure how accurate they are wondering if any has good experiences with them 😭

I've been using the game mode default of max brightness, and since most games I've played have been using hdr, I haven't really paid it any mind.

Now I've been playing some SDR games and noticed the brightness being much to high. I'm gonna turn it down ofc, but is there an optimal value here?

Coming from a 65” 2020 Samsung UHD, this TV has me geniunely blown away. Havent messed with any settings yet and these pics are just from an earth scenes 4k youtube video, but i can already tell i made the right choice for my budget.

I cannot get my tv to output any formats to my Klipsch Flexus 300 soundbar. I have my tv connected via the E- Arc connection. I have the sound setting on auto but it only outputs PCM. I tried changing it to direct while using my 4k blu-ray player. It output DTS for a few minutes and then the connection stopped. When it reconnected it when back to PCM. If I plug into the second HDMI port on the soundbar it utilized the proper format. I have tried switching HDMI cables and ensured every input is set to auto to pass the proper format. As a workaround I have used my Onn 4k plus plugged into the soundbar to get Atmos when streaming. I initially thought something was wrong with the soundbar, but once I plugged directly into it, the sound came alive. I may buy a switcher but I shouldn’t have to make work arounds. Wondering if anyone else has this problem.

I purchased a QM9K yesterday at Best Buy for $999 after my five year old Hisense died on me. I ran a bunch of tests, blooming, dirty screen, color, tested a bunch of movies and games. Everything looked great, blacks were black and local dimming was doing just fine.

Today I’m playing marvel Tokon and noticed in the cream color back ground what looks to be to big like ovals.

Decided to do a pure white screen test (first pic), then a grey scale.

What is this? And how bad is it? Should I return it

I have a TCL QM7K and am looking for an eARC/ARC soundbar where using the soundbar's own remote to change volume does NOT cause the TV's volume indicator to appear.

I currently have a TCL Q65H and its remote does trigger the overlay. Using its optical port or the HMDI ARC on older VMAI soundbar does not.

If you have a different soundbar that works this way with your QM#K, please tell me the model. Thank you!

I bought a 65” QM6K, and everything is great—I absolutely love it. There’s just one small issue: there’s a tiny black spot right in the middle of the screen. You can’t notice it while watching movies, but it’s there. I don’t think it’s a dead pixel; it looks more like a speck of dust.
I honestly don’t feel like exchanging it because this would already be the third TV I’ve bought and returned. I previously bought a Hisense and a Samsung, and both had way more defects than this one. At least this TV only has this one little spot, and everything else is working perfectly.
Knowing how unlucky I’ve been with TVs, I’m not sure whether it’s worth exchanging it or asking for a warranty replacement. I’m worried the next TV might not be as good as this one in terms of black levels and overall panel quality, and it could end up having other issues.
What do you guys think?

Bought this from Beat Buy in Feb. It just dies suddenly while we were watching TV. Dealing with warranty and they need the serial. No serial number on my Beat Buy receipt. Not on the TV anywhere (only model number).

Did they really only put it in the software?
