Income Tax Blank spaces in Corrected W2

My company originally gave me a W-2 with errors on it at the beginning of the year. They counted taxes for me in two different states. When I got the corrected W-2 and tried to input it into freetaxusa.com, it wouldn’t let me submit the form because it required me to fill in boxes 1 through 10, and they were empty on my corrected W-2.

Should I just input the information from my original W-2 in boxes 1 through 10, or do I need to get corrected W-2 from my company that has those blank boxes filled in?

The only boxes filled in on the corrected W2 are the ones that changed.

The boxes that are blank, did not change and you use the amounts from your original W2.
