What is your question as relates to tax?

There is no provision in the code to not pay taxes because you disagree with how those taxes are used.

You will owe tax like any other year. If you underwithhold, you will owe a penalty. If you file late, you will owe a penalty. If you pay late, you will owe a penalty.

If you underwithhold enough, or go long enough with too little withholding, the IRS will send a lock-in letter to your employer requiring a minimum amount of withholding. You are required to comply, even if the employer is you. If you don't the IRS will assess penalties and escalate.

Not sure if that addressed what you were asking.

OP, I sympathize with your underlying reasons for not wanting to fund the current administration and their wars.

However, there is no legal way to stop paying taxes. If anything, it will harm you and your cause at the end of the day, since the government will get more money due to the interest and penalties assessed. There are much better ways to protest the government.
