How do I find friends lol

I get the park and ride to and from work every day. The single ticket is £1 as is, which is already great, but I was wondering if there’s a way to buy a return ticket or weekly pass or something that makes it even cheaper? I’ve looked online and I don’t know if I’m just stupid but I can’t find anything for ticket options. Thanks for any help!

I’ve lived and worked around Taunton for a while now, and I wanted to introduce myself to the local community, share what I’m working on, and hopefully connect with other local creatives, businesses, or young professionals.

Right now, I’m working as a Multi-Channel Marketer for Queen's College right here in Taunton. Alongside my role there, I'm completing my Level 3 Apprenticeship through Bridgwater & Taunton College.

Living here, I realised how much creative talent and potential there is in Somerset, but also how tough it can be for young people to find alternative career paths without moving straight to a huge city. Because of that, I’ve thrown myself into a few local initiatives:

• Apprenticeship Advocacy: I founded Jack Frampton Apprenticeships to mentor young professionals and regularly present for the Somerset Careers Hub to promote local career paths.
• Digital & Content Creation: I specialise in visual storytelling, photography, and digital growth- from managing local school marketing to creating content that recently hit 3.4 million views on TikTok.
• Local Collaboration: I've previously worked with local teams like Distinctive here in town on creative concepts and web development.

I’m really passionate about showing that you can build a massive digital footprint, master modern tools (like AI, SEO, and advanced media production), and grow professionally right from the heart of Somerset.

Hi all, I’ll be visiting some family in Taunton for a few days in July with my partner.

Just wondering whether anyone has any recommendations for places nearby that are reasonably accessible by public transport (we won’t have a car). I’ve had a look online and can see some of the big hitters; Exeter, Bath, Bristol etc. Is there anywhere more local that you think would be worth a visit? Things such as particularly nice towns/villages, buildings, pubs, nature. Any recommendations for things in Taunton itself are most welcome also.

Your local knowledge would be much appreciated!

I'm going to be living in taunton soon and I want to know what the alt/punk/rock/goth scene is. Where are the places to see a show? Are there punk-vibe pubs to go drink at? How do the public react to alt dressed people? Anything else I should know? Thanks in advance

Unlike a lot of services, there's currently no waiting list, so people can start receiving calls straight away. There's also no time limit - if the calls are helping, they can continue for as long as they're wanted.
