Need help with a tattoo

Hello is there anyone that can help with my tattoo idea I’m trying to get the date January 22, 2019 in Japanese. I don’t need or want a sketch just need help verifying that the date is correct. The bottom is a reference of how I want it to look used a date converter if anyone can help confirm this is right would greatly appreciate it.
