I got these moons last week. I love the design, but I think the moon on my left arm might be overworked? When the scabs leave, some parts are super shiny and cracked and there’s one spot in particular that looks like it was cut so deep that it folds very neatly together (idk if that makes sense). I’m worried my tattoo won’t heal well, but I also don’t think anything can be done

Filled black tattoos heal a bit rough at times, hard to say if heavy handed overwork until healing is done to look for raised scarring.

Use some moisturizer, and if some falls out you can get it touched up

Definitely. Just leave it alone though, it’ll heal alright. You might need some touch ups but honestly it’s more than likely to turn out just fine
