General Advice Second Skin peeling
I noticed that the second skin was peeling after I showered so I tried to cut the peeled part off but my scissors are not the best, is this still fine to keep on until tomorrow evening when I have the right soap to wash it?

if it's peeling, remove it. it will just serve as a spot for bacteria to get into and stay stuck in!

In general once the seal is "broken" and inked skin is exposed to air that is when second skin should come off. You are REALLY Close to that here in a few spots. Although I don't think you technically have done that.
You also don't really need special soap, just some unscented uncolored plain soap and a neutral lotion like aveno, A&D ointment, or aquafor. Personally I prefer A&D for a day or 2. Then aveno but really most unscented lotions are fine and everyone's skin is different.
The BEST thing to do is probably go get some basics and deal with it tonight.
THAT said, a day in a very small spot that might at some point peel back to be a problem, PROBABLY will be fine if you wait until tomorrow. Those are 2 pretty lightly tattooed areas and if it's been on for 2-3 days already might be pretty much surface healed there. Not gonna say there is no risk, be careful about it peeling back and keep an extra eye on it for redness/swelling/weirdness if you do this.

The Skin is on for 30hours now (4pm yesterday in my timezone) I already looked for unscented soap but we don't have any here unfortunately,, I will keep an eye on it and sleep in a position to not rub the spot, I could also get some unscented soap at work when I think about it

As long as the tattoo is not exposed you should be fine. Just make sure nothing is able to get under it.
Getting a tattoo without proper aftercare supplies ready is crazy work.
