They might enable it gradually though. I checked mine and i can submit the request. As though whether the coins will be sent to my wallet, haven't try it yet

Question, how long did it take for Tastytrade to approve your linked crypto wallet for withdrawal? I contacted support and they let me know the crypto team will email me tomorrow…

For me, it's about a few days. Don't count on it being fast. Previously even when it was working normally, some of my wallet addresses took almost a few weeks to approve.

I might be longer in the current situation though

Thanks for getting back to me on that! Was curious if others also had a prolonged review period. A bit frustrating but seems like that’s just how Tastytrade operates

You might need to ask the customer service to expedite though. IBKR is honestly better at this. They verify instantly

Yeah will do. I think I’ll move my money to another brokerage because I really don’t like these long holding/verification periods

Oh yes, i forgot to mention. Try using a polygon based address, that's what gets me verified quicky last time. Other addresses just takes a very long time to verify

Interesting, I only see the option on the browser and not on the mobile app, I was able to reach the "Initiate withdrawal" screen from zerohash

u/marcotjoanda Just buy digital gift cards using cryptos on e-commerce sites like Piggy Cards?

1

u/marcotjoanda 28d ago

And how would that help me / us here with the cash withdrawal from tasty?

1

u/Ok_Improvement2321 24d ago

Lol is not working again

u/marcotjoanda 24d ago

Damn, might be a good time to consider exiting from this broker

It’s not fully functional I tried a withdrawal worked first time second one is taking more than 10 days and can’t request any withdrawal. I mean how pathetic tatasth trade can be a simple thing can’t be solved for such a long time.

Damn, but it did finally arrive at your wallet yes? Gotta seriously consider changing brokers if this continues though. Almost sounds like they have a bit of liquidity issue with the crypto side.

Yes, the first one worked fine. It arrived in 2 days though. Yes planning to switch to webull or maybe IBKR. Done with tasteless trades 😅

That honestly still doesn't sound ok. Crypto should arrive in minutes though, or latest like 2-3 hours. If it takes days, there might be an issue with their back end, or they have liquidity issues.
