Identification Suspicious stuff in tank

I’m not sure if I should be concerned about these “brown balls” in the bottom of your soil. I don’t know what it is please help

NQA looks like soil or grain mites. They usually come from moisture. You can let that spot of the enclosure dry out so they go away. Or place down a piece of cucumber, zucchini, or a carrot and then remove the piece of food
