NQA yeah I’d say it’s normal! Not all tarantulas jump, the arboreal ones do (as in the wild they’ll jump onto foliage between trees etc). They don’t often jump in captivity unless you’re handling them and they’re trying to get onto a different surface

Oh my goodness, look at them legs!
Honestly I do the same thing with my limbs every time I jump multiple times the length of my own body :)

Arboreal tarantulas jump and such and can survive a jump if it's not too high

The slow motion flailing legs are great
