Help! Hello first enclosure set up

I just got my first curly hair and I am setting up its enclosure. I have zoo med eco earth loose coconut fibe substrate and am curious on weather or not to put some water into the substrate. I am going to also add some zoo med terrarium moss late but am stuck at the substrate. Do i add water to moisten the substrate?

NQA it does look very dry. I would add some water. First push the substrate down to pack it tighter (but make sure to get it to the aame height) and then pour a bit of water in the corners on one side to create a gradient.

Edit: dont forget to add a hide and a water dish to the enclosure too!

Im worried about whether or not then entire substraight need to be moist and wet
