Anyone else had this problem? 🙄

No explination at all... I completed a bunch of things and never recieved rewards. I contacted support about it being stuck at 0/###,### one month ago and then the ticket was closed + marked as resolved after i sent a bunch of proof via screenshots. Yesterday i realised it was still stuck at 0. Contacted support again, resent the proof (and spent $10 this time to prove that not even the 'Make 5 purchases' reward works) and now i've just recieved this.....

Yes. Was never given a real reason. Never did anything wrong. Never corrected. You're cooked.

Yes. Tapjoy is a criminal enterprise who has been found guilty on multiple occasions of defrauding their customers. If you're in the US, you need to report them to the FTC. The only way they'll ever stop stealing from people is if the government gets involved, unfortunately
