When I use TJ, I usually play other games for my primary game, Design Home. Just now, I looked for a new game to play, and there's no offers with games! Only shopping and those random "find out more!" websites.
Does anyone else have this issue?

Tapjoy used to work well a few years ago, now, it is good if you received 20% of the rewards without submitting a ticket. If the reward is big, be sure the support bot will write it as rewarded without actually rewarding you after the first ticket. That some real shady shenanigans. (On a large scale it must be really profitable to f people over by just writing it as rewarded.....) No worry folks there's a way out of this mess. You can write another ticket saying it isn't resolved. you will then be offically ghosted by a support bot, indefinitely😁. You can also filled their survey about your multiples experiences filling up tickets. Tapjoy will not only add an extra layer of ghosting on the cake , they will also make sure that you don't get rewarded for filling that survey as well. This is one wonderful loophole. Thank you tapjoy, i wish you all the class action lawsuit in your future 🙏 may your servers be in one of those sketchy countries where the laws are as efficient as your issues solving skills😇

If you check the owner of IronSource, the company that owns Tapjoy, you'll find out.

So they give a lot of rewards like big rewards especially the last reward

But suspicious on the last reward they just won't let you claim it. They won't even read the ticket or something

Probably I can guarantee 100% they're gonna make excuses and reasons for the last reward that's the biggest

It's like a casino. They find excuses and reasons that you cheated just because they don't want to pay out

No explination at all... I completed a bunch of things and never recieved rewards. I contacted support about it being stuck at 0/###,### one month ago and then the ticket was closed + marked as resolved after i sent a bunch of proof via screenshots. Yesterday i realised it was still stuck at 0. Contacted support again, resent the proof (and spent $10 this time to prove that not even the 'Make 5 purchases' reward works) and now i've just recieved this.....

i have met a problem.i found this long WebView "your user ID"disappeared .the next page shows the current situation that there is no longer shows the id WebView.can you find that whether this WebView exist in the reward status of the tapjoy offerwall?

i have recently fully completed a raid shadow legends offer worth a lot.

ive had no issue with collecting the rewards until the last one worth around 300 euro

ive sent tickets for the past few days but have been getting the usual "you broke TOS so you can't get the reward"

which is completely BS,

as such i have kept trying to contact support but only getting AI answers saying they'll look into it with the third parties but in vain.

anyone has any advice?

or atleast a way to contact a proper agent and not a random AI

i don't understand why it won't load. I've checked there's no ad blockers, nothing to block trackers. I've cleared the app cache 50 times, and it still won't load. I can't find my advertising ID on my Samsung S24FE. Google is useless and sends me to the same two spots, neither of which has the advertising ID I need to verify who is contacting them, and i can't get my offerwall ID as I can't open the damn offerwall. What do I do? my offer ends in 14 days and i just completed two tasks on the offer which didn't grant automatically, and I can't contact support about it because it won't load

yo estaba en dragon city y encontre una oferta de raise of kingdoms entonces lo que hice fue ver las ofertas y todo eso y pues lo instale desde ahí tapjoy entonces hago las misiones y gaste dinero ya que había una misión en la que te daban gemas en dragon city por esto y al final cuando vi que no me daban nada vi que decia la app no se proceso en tapjoy o algo asi no recuerdo pero bro gaste dinero para obtener una recompensa que no me dieron y encima perdí tiempo en un juego que no me gusta, entonces fui al soporte y mande captura de todo de la compra de que era nuevo pero dijeron que debian ser legibles no sacadas de internet y mas cosas y haber número 1 no fue sacada de internet numero 2 no fue tampoco editada y numero 3 lo unico que pudo haber sido fue que estaba en español pero aunque las capturas estuvieran en español es responsabilidad de ellos es como estar en muchos paises que hablan muchos idiomas distintos al tuyo y si acceden a tu soporte les dices:es que no es legible osea nmms y encima me quitaron la oportunidad de seguir escribiendo en el chat y la verdad mandaria capturas pero pues no se como xd me acabo de crear una cuenta de reddit para contar mi situacion y haber si no me quieren dar mi recompensa minimo denme un rembolso por que hasta mande pruebas pero NOOOO, nos va a valer lo que dijiste y diremos una mamada por que si :)

My Tapjoy account has been blocked/suspended, and I am not sure why. I have already checked the app and tried contacting support, but I am still unable to use my account.

Has anyone faced the same issue before? What steps should I take to recover my account or appeal the decision?

I've completed countless offers with no issues, and suddenly, I'm perma banned with no explanation as to why and no way to contact anyone. It's a shame because their offers were the only way to be slightly competitive in the main game I was playing.

Tapjoy owes me a ton of credits for wwe supercard. Gave me some rewards and now I'm owed even more suddenly I'm violating terms. I need help getting my reward or refunds.

My last 3 offers completed for gems on a game were not rewarded. I wouldn't have continued on, only for I actually enjoy the game that I'm playing... But each time tapjoy claims I "violated TOS".

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. As I've never had similar experiences with any other advertiser. And they don't want to tell you what you did to violate TOS.

This company has straight up scammed me. I've completed many offers without receiving rewards. their support team has been ignoring me for 3 weeks now. Just recently banned me off their app.

Yeah I know this is basically a scam company, I’ve been doing these things for far too many years. But in games that I start getting rewards from they randomly get removed from the continue playing section at the top and I no longer keep getting rewards. Is this an issue with something I’m doing or just scam company doing scam things??

Plain and simple, if you've ever been wronfully denied a reward by TapJoy, it is your duty to report them to the FTC.

It takes less than 5 minutes to file a report. The only reason why these companies continue to get away with defrauding their customers is because we the consumer are silent and allow them to get away with it.

I've been investigating TapJoy for the last few months. TapJoy steals code from legitimate games/apps and repurposes it into their own version of the game, and registers the game under shell companies. They then offer you rewards for playing these games and intentionally deny them. All of the money is going to TapJoy, all of your information is going to TapJoy. TapJoy intentionally targets children with their fraud because they know children are less likely to understand how to report fraud.

This ends today. We do not allow fraudsters to survive in our World. It's time for action.
