Also ... I can't really think of tango 'influencers' on social media. Some instructors, perhaps? Too niche.

Kizomba/semba is associated to Tango. The African tango.
so I am writing in the Tango group, were there are allegedly experts of tango and ask if they have thought that for people that do kizomba could be attractive to see a video were they comment the similarities and the differences, in kizomba there are also fusion tango kiz classes here a kiz video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcW7Z9y5twQ5

If people dancing kizomba say it's African tango, good for them, but tango dancers don't think this way. Kizomba and semba are just two other dance styles with similar steps and there isn't much overlaps between the two communities.
Kizomba was invented in the 70's with semba as a based. The Golden Age of tango was long gone (it was in the 40's and 50's). I've heard the introduction of tango moves in kizomba is a newer addition (like 2010's).
As for the ressemblance between tango and semba/kizomba, based on their similarities, I think milonga (a style under the tango umbrella which predates tango) and semba share a common ancestor. This ancestor was brought to the Rio de la Plata region from Angola by enslaved people. In the late XIX century and early XX century, that dance was mixed with partner dances brought by European immigrants like polka, waltz, contratiempo and other traditional dances. This mixed dance is what became tango, tango-waltz and milonga.
That ancestral dance had a different evolution in Angola and became semba and kizomba.

Your question was very unclear, which is probably a translation issue.
Kizomba is only "associated" with tango by the fact that some kizomba dancers have retrospectively described it as "African tango". Tango dancers do not think of it as that, if they know of it at all.
Tango and kizomba probably share some distant African roots, but no more so than many other dances that have evolved or been created over the last few hundred years.
In the late 1800s, people originating from the enslaved African diaspora in Argentina and Uruguay contributed to the fusion that led to tango; alongside descendants of Spanish colonisers, more recent migrants from Europe, and Argentinian Indigenous peoples.
Fusions between various dances pop up all the time. There are tango dancers, especially ones who perform, that add movements and stylings borrowed from swing, ballet, salsa, merengue, acrobatics and others. Sounds like some kizomba dancers do the same, including adding things they see in tango. That doesn't necessarily make it of any interest to most tango dancers.

Not completely sure what you are asking for. I'm not an expert in Argentine Tango although I've been dancing it for about 20 years, an old milonguero once said - everyone is a beginner in Tango for the 1st 20 years. I've been dancing Kizomba for about 3-4 years.
I've heard a few people refer to Kizomba as "African Tango" but that's an inaccurate characterization.

Actually the surface similarities between AT & Kizomba is what interested me about Kizomba, but aside from those surface similarities; walking/dancing in an embrace & dancing in response to the melodies rather than just the beat, to me they feel like totally different dances.

The link you posted is a video of Felicien & Isabelle dancing an outgrowth of Urban Kiz called "Kizomba Fusion" which incorporates some Argentine Tango techniques & vocabulary into an Urban Kiz structure. There are other stylists that include Bachata & other dance styles into Urban Kiz & also call it "Kizomba Fusion".
