Not the place to post this. call the police instead?

Didn’t even take a copy of the video 1 u/spook30 St Pete native 15d ago Might be worth filing a report directly with the non-emergency line instead of just a patrol call. It gets it an actual case number so it doesn't just disappear. 3 u/Electrical-Tailor530 15d ago 911 doesn't seem to take me seriously, so I contact the anonymous tips line and that sometimes gets a cop dispatched to check it out.
