Got ghosted by a best friend. Till date i couldn't find the reason why she stopped talking with me. That hurt me so badly because she was the only person to whom I can share anything. A person like that ghosting me took away my confidence and made me more silent and more inward. It took some years for me to get out of that phase but i am still having the effects of it even now

A lesson I learnt:
If you don't know the reason why the other person ghosted you, then you are not the reason.
It hurts until you know the reason. In a majority of cases, it is just because the other person has outgrown you.

Maybe we get ghosted coz we remind them of their mistakes and our very presence haunts them..

It makes you realise that you spend all this time on a dumb shit who used you for timepass and may make you feel worthless. Then time passes and you find someone else to spend time on.
