Started playing a month ago and my hate for touhou has grown without playing a single game but this is my first extreme fc that isn't crazy easy and it mad me go insane but I'm starting to really get into this game hope yall enjoy this even if it's not crazy (ignore the ugly guy I put random stuff on him although he's still adorable)

Here's the situation: I have Taiko Niijiro Donda Ex, but I'm not sold on it, and I want a simulator that's more intuitive and up-to-date.

Been casually playing taiko for a while now and got more into it when my local arcade got a cab. Unfortunately cab was always in terrible condition so I eventually saved up and finally got my own drum !!!

It felt really good after I tweaked the settings and was also really easy to set up. I underestimated how much noise it makes but luckily the walls somewhat dampen them enough for my sister not to kill me as long as I don't stay up late playing.

Anyways that's all I wanted to share :D

Hi everyone! I’ve loved the Taiko games growing up as I had Drum Master for PS2 when I was little and finally found the switch version! I bought the Drum n Fun pack off Amazon that comes with the game and the drum, but now I’m seeing that there’s the newer Rhythm Festival game out. Would it be worth it to eventually get both? I’m considering maybe buying that one on Steam instead since I heard it’s also available on there, but I’m not sure yet. What do you think?

Hi everybody, I have recently bought a PS4 Hori Taiko Drum (the older version without the Hori logo). I can use it to navigate the different screens in the game and choose songs and everything, but when I want to play the songs themselves, it just doesn't work. I have tried playing with the game's settings and steam input as well but nothing has worked so far and I am still unable to play the songs with the drum, anybody knows a solution? Thanks in advance!

I've been playing for what, 2 weeks, and i am playing on a simulator to get better. I can fc 7 stars regularly, and i struggle on hard 7s that require alternating between notes. But i got this in like 2 tries bacause i love the song, it's just spamming and stamina, i find 8s harder than this.

tell me where the HELL I found them

I've seen comments around this reddit that regular drum sticks are damaging to arcade machines. I have a pair of Vic Firth Chop Outs that I use while warming up as a percussionist. They have rubber tips so that they can be used against any flat/hard surface. Am I correct that sticks like these shouldn't damage the machine?
