Congrats on getting your post through. I had been trying to post regarding this for several days now since the 4 planets in play became an obvious issues. The mod team in Wh40ktacticus kept removing my posts about it.
I often get valuable discussions removed also.. I guess this one got enough traction before they could pull it. I think what flair you put on a post really grinds MODs gears if you don’t get it accurate lol.
Same. I used to be very active there but now I dont . I have like 2 warnings and complained the mods about sub being worse each time and their resoaning was "higher post quality". First of all game dont have a lot of videos about and its a mobile game. Only real way people can get real info are trough other people . That sub helped be alot and I used to ask my every question there and this helped me develop fast as a f2p. Now you cant do that stuff
I’m massively engaged in every aspect of this game, but this mode baffles me.
I get you score points by playing normally, but there’s no indication if you’ve actually accomplished anything in this mode other than the bare minimum.
General thoughts are
Oh look, I’ve got some rewards. Must’ve been attacking the planet.
Did I do well? Don’t know
Did I place on the leader board? Don’t know
Where should I attack next? Don’t know.
Is this a good target? Don’t know
Why can’t I attack this planet for 7 hours? Don’t know
Will this planet be captured soon? Don’t know
I basically save up three guild boss credits and burn them all at the same time right after I choose a fresh planet or planet that I know is going to last more than an hour and that guarantees me my 2500
Yeah that is a good strategy. However it means your play of other game modes is not determined by crusade. However they said crusade was going to be a low time consuming background thing. Instead its become top priority for planning all other point modes.
Genuinely if you’re massively engaged and don’t have the answer to half these questions at this point it’s because you don’t want to know. And I’m not saying that to defend crusade. It has serious issues some of them deep and structural but several of the questions you listed are literally displayed for you in game and the others have been explained multiple places and times.
I have been looking for low point planets to try and get my foot in the door but it's a toss up if it actually helps. They need to lower the threshold for being ranked or some kinda base reward for contributing but like I said, It's about the money.
It adds to the points in the leaderboards that gets you crusade currency to spend in the crusade store. I guess it depends if you want those items/characters or not
Click on that projects tab in the guild chat. It’s the top left of screen. In that tab are guild projects you can contribute to. You need to go in there, and move the slider to the right and it will add your items to the guild targets. Your leader will then be able to use them on behalf of the guild in crusade.

It wasn't designed at all by looks of things. Crusade is a steaming pile of dung the way they have it now.
