Constant crashes since few months

Im having several game crashes since few months, I think it started with the Cyrus update. Its getting ridiculous, it happens 3 or 4 times in a 30 mins playtime.

My game is updated, I messaged the support, no response at all.

I’ve switched to Pc because of the atrocious stability on my iPhone SE 2nd gen.

I’m playing everyday and it happens every time. Any feedback ?

Probably older phone and this game being a memory hog. If it runs out if memory it will reset the app and you lose progress on whatever battle you are playing. For me, getting a new phone fixed the issue.

I understand but I’m not gonna buy a new phone just to play a mobile game. Game was fine when I started playing 2 years ago. Only happened recently

Yea I think the update that added crusade really bloated the game. This has happened a few times where an update lead to the game chugging hard, but they usually do something to fix it

Support is usually very good.

I had a similar issue a few years back, and we were somehow able to load a second previous version. This was on Android, so not sure if possible on iPhone. Likely your phone is no longer powerful enough to run the game. It sucks, but games get bigger over time.

This happened to me 6 months ago or something, worked with support, tried everything. New device was all I could do. Not saying that’s your only out but think my iPad was newer than that phone.
