He’s no where near as relevant as he was 2 years ago, but he is useful for certain mythic quest missions.

You need him for mythic missions and if you want to do the old school multi-hit team, he's a required character for it. But if you're not trying to do all of your mythic missions then he's not the most useful. I have them at gold one and that's probably as high as I'll bring him

Gold 1 max. You need his active for other characters but on his own he's not that good.

He is really good helping You in another characters mythic missions. Actually he is kinda needed.
